Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

At Valtor Sports we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Order cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 79736-63460 or by email at info@valtorsports.com.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return it as described below.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories and the invoice.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, or that have been used, washed or altered, cannot be returned.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and the parcel.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 79736-63460) or email info@valtorsports.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm the return within 2 business days.
  3. We will arrange a pickup or tell you where to send the product.

Refunds

  • After we receive and check the returned product, we will confirm your refund by email.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
