This policy explains how Valtor Sports ships your orders.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days, depending on your pincode. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email or message. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 79736-63460 or at info@valtorsports.com with your order number, and we will help you.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
